You dont have a clue, right? For PvE the Tengu IS great, yes. And also superior to other t3s. But for PvP its not the best t3 at all, and if you dont believe me I would suggest to slug it out 1on1. You will see a Tengu melts 1on1 vs a Loki or Prot...
